A half/full day transformative workshop day where we bring in a top-tier expert or successful founder to dive really deep into a topic previously voted by members. The idea is to transform an area of your business or life with very practical knowledge that you can immediately implement. It would have topic-specific breakout groups or masterminds after followed by social time with food and drinks after to connect with others.

Bring in top caliber founders and experts but instead of doing in-depth workshops focus more on fun, bonding and extended experiences over a half or full day (like private villa getaways, athletic challenges, biohacking experiences, trips…) designed to connect you with all other members and our special expert guests. Every month would be different and occasionally we can even do a full weekend trip. There could be a casual facilitated Q&A to gain valuable insights from this expert but the focus of the event is to connect deeper with him/her and all other members.

Keep it as it is with masterclasses/workshops that happen after work from 6pm-9/10pm. We are working hard on bringing in top caliber people but our feeling is that these events don’t provide enough time to go deep into the specific subject matter or to connect afterwards.

Combine A and B in a way. The in-depth content is equally as important as the connection and epic shared experiences. For example, 2 months in-depth workshops and 1 social experience per quarter.

During the week. I can take time a whole day off if it's shared way ahead of time.
