We're looking for Karisma Club Captains. Here's exactly what that means.
What a club is
A small group of members who meet around one topic or activity. Right now: AI, Content, Investment, Padel, Hike.
What a Captain is
The host and the face of a club. You're the person who keeps the group feeling alive. We take care of everything else: the space, Luma, reminders and promotion.
What's expected
- Stay active in the group and help people connect.
- Host the meetup and make sure everyone has a good time.
- You are never alone. Every club has two or three Captains.
- And the small part: once a month, help us lock a date so it actually happens. We do the rest.
What you get
- Increased visibility in the community and our socials
- First access to new things before anyone else
- A real say in what we build next in Karisma
- Twice a year we take all the Captains somewhere special, on us
